WHEREAS Beaya Byaka Achieng, of P.O. Box 41940–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 6984/I/MN, registered under title No. C.R. 20840, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title register in respect thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a new title provided that no valid objection has been received within that period,.
