THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Gitau Kiragu, of P.O. Box 40294, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0419 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 5054/83, situate in Kilifi Township in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 18583, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
