THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John David Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 33009–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0162 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as Mombasa/Ziwa La Ngombe S.S./823, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
