REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mariam Wanjiru Kassim, of P.O. Box 86771–80100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that apartment No. 6 on block erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/11872, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as IR. 111139/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
