REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fatah Construction & Civil Works Limited, of P.O. Box 103177–00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/III/212, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyance/transfer registered in Volume 142 Folio 11 File 519, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certified copy of the conveyance/transfer provided that no objection has been received within that period.
