REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fusto Mutugi Warui (ID/28812910), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.09, 0.10 and 0.394 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Mutithi/Strip/3008, 3017 and 3023, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
