REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wairimu Michengi (ID/3419660), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.26 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Laikipia/Uaso Narok B/217, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued on 8th July, 2025 was fraudulently acquired, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the land title deed shall be deemed cancelled, null and void and of no effect, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
