REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Medi Heal Hospital and Fertility Centre Limited, of P.O. Box 7905–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kapsabet Municipality/294, situate in Nandi County, by virtue of a certificate of lease, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
