REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hellen Wambui Kimani Wainaina alias Hellen Wambui Kimani (ID/9236638), of P.O. Box 1037, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, situate in the county of Kiambu, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 14/1126, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
