GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3292

WHEREAS Paul Raphael Mukui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 2.43 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Ndarugu/Gacharage/2925, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E7 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Lynne Wambui Mukui (ID/14495849) and (2) Eunice Wanjiku Ndumbi Mukui (ID/21958468), both of P.O. Box 149–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof and provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the land title deed and proceed with the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Lynne Wambui Mukui (ID/14495849) and (2) Eunice Wanjiku Ndumbi Mukui (ID/21958468), and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Paul Raphael Mukui (deceased) shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect Dated the 6th March, 2026.
