THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiprono Koske Korir (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Mbuyu/207, situate in the county of Nyandarua, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 306 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Christine Cheboo Koske (ID/4668982) and (2) David Malakwen Ngetich, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Kiprono Koske Korir (deceased) have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiprono Koske Korir (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
