THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Munene Muraguri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Mwea/Mutithi/Strip/121, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Magistrate at Kerugoya Law Court in Succession Cause No. E82 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Francis Kariuki Munene and (2) Mary Wanjiku Munene, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters issued to (1) Francis Kariuki Munene and (2) Mary Wanjiku Munene, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Munene Muraguri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
