THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimaru arap Chirchir (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as parcel No. Nandi/Sarora/9, situate in the county of Nandi, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E486 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Joash Kipkoech Maru and (2) Stepheno Kipkemboi Sawe, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said (1) Joash Kipkoech Maru and (2) Stepheno Kipkemboi Sawe, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimaru arap Chirchir (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
