GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3315

WHEREAS Laban Kibirir Chelashaw (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kitale Municipality Block 15/Koitogos/154, situate in the county of Trans Nzoia, containing 14.42 hectares or thereabout, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E42 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Edward Kiptoo Chelashaw, (2) Philip Kipkemoi Chelashaw, (3) Isaiah Kibiwott Birir and (4) Thomas Kipkurui Chelashaw, and whereas the title deed issued in respect of Laban Kibirir Chelashaw (deceased), has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the aid land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A 42, and issue land title deed to the said (1) Edward Kiptoo Chelashaw, (2) Philip Kipkemoi Chelashaw, (3) Isaiah Kibiwott Birir and (4) Thomas Kipkurui Chelashaw, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the Laban Kibirir Chelashaw (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
