COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above Part Development Plan is complete. The Part Development Plan relate to site situated within Bomet. Copy of the Part Development Plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the County Government Offices for Department of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Bomet. The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above-named address between 8.00a.m. to 10.00a.m. and 2.00p.m. to 5.00p.m, Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named Part Development Plan may send such representation in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Housing and Urban Development, P.O Box 19, Bomet not later than 60 days from the date of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
