NOTICE is issued pursuant to Section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.38) Laws of Kenya and in accordance with the authority granted under CR. Misc. Application No. E006 /2026 by the Magistrate’s Court at Maramanti. The public, owners, or custodians of various motorcycles and other miscellaneous goods currently lying idle and unclaimed within Tunyai Police Yard are notified to take delivery of the said items within seven (7) days from the date of this publication. Failure to which Makys Auctioneers shall sell by way of public auction on behalf of Igoji Police Station, as authorized by law. Description of Goods 4 Burnt Motorbikes, Dayun Numberless, Captain KMDR 900J, Dayun numberless, Captain Numberless, Haojin, KMEK 735C, Dayun, KMCZ 290V, Captain, KMDV 101N, Captain Numberless, 6 Bicycles, Dlight TV,TV, Wheelbarrow.
