NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 165, in Volume B-13, Folio 2483/22756, File No. 1637, by our client, Ghalib Ombati Obuto, of P.O. Box 40418-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Caleb Ombati Obuto, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Caleb Ombati Obuto, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ghalib Ombati Obuto, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ghalib Ombati Obuto only.
