NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 1017, in Volume B-13, Folio 2481/22737, File No. 1637, by our client, Lucy Kagure Wambugu, formerly known as Lucy Kagure Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lucy Kagure Maina, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lucy Kagure Wambugu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lucy Kagure Wambugu only.
