NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1057, in Volume DI, Folio 57/706, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Kingsley Njuguman Letiwa, of P.O. Box 331–20600, Maralal in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alexander Letiwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alexander Letiwa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kingsley Njuguman Letiwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kingsley Njuguman Letiwa only.
