NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 80, in Volume B-13, Folio 2474/22659, File 1637, by our client, Anderson Kenga Mweni Arloste, formerly known as Anderson Kenga Mweni, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Anderson Kenga Mweni, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anderson Kenga Mweni Arloste, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Anderson Kenga Mweni Arloste only.
