NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 10, Volume DI, Folio 59/727, File MMXXVI, by our client, Gladwel Kirarian Kotikash, formerly known as Gladwel Kirarian Koinet, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Gladwel Kirarian Koinet, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gladwel Kirarian Kotikash, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Gladwel Kirarian Kotikash only.
