IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Kaiboi National Polytechnic Order, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Under paragraph (a)— Absolom Kosgey (Eng.) – Chairperson Under paragraph (d)— Samuel Toily Khaemba, Purity Jeptepkeny Tanui, Kennedy Mokua, to be the Non-Executive Chairperson and members of the Council of the Kaiboi National Polytechnic Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th March, 2026.
