THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Philip Ndungu, of P.O. Box 698–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 76/126, situate in the Kiambu township in the Kiambu County, by virtue of an indenture, registered in Volume N55 Folio 95 File 16847, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas sufficient evidence has been reduced to show that the said indenture has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
