REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Jonathan Maara, of P.O. Box 12165, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 27/19, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a deed of conveyance, registered in Volume N69 Folio 58/1 File 22028, and whereas sufficient evidence has been reduced to show that the said deed of conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement deed of conveyance, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
