THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Daniel Kimanthi Mutua and (2) Caroline Mwandawiro, both of P.O. Box 1110, Wundanyi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0241 hectare or thereabouts, known as 18055/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 62040, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
