REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Shamin Abdul Majid, (2) Pradip Kumar Jayantilal Shah and (3) Jamila Abdallah Majid, all of P.O. Box 43973–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all that maisonette No. 9, erected on all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 1/495, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered in Volume N53, Folio 59/1, File 16343, and whereas sufficient evidence has been edduced to show that the lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
