THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kavit Patel and (2) Pooja Nilesh Kotedia, both of P.O. Box 41437–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that apartment No. 1A on 13th Floor erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/1/571, situate in Nairobi County, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 169600/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas 1056 1056 the proprietors have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
