THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sajjad Mohamed Rashid, (2) Sheriff Nassir Taib, (3) Ahmed Shahame Mwidani and (4) Mohamed Saleh Bawazir, as trustees for Makadara Ground Muslim Trust, of P.O. Box 80326, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block XXIV/102, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and registered as CF. 44293, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect has been lost or misplaced, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5).
