THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Raphael Mwania Mutungi (ID/29187303), of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.27 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kitui, registered under title No. Matinyani/Mutulu/1773, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
