THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdulrahman Zeinulabedin, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kilifi County, registered under title No. Kilifi/Roka/2294, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new land register as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
