REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rufus Kungu Macharia (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 4.05 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 12/Sub-loc. 3/1543 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced by the administrator Helinah Wanja Kungu (ID/1384982), of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in the Republic of Kenya, to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
