THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangi Macharia Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.61 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 2/Mariira/1741, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court of at Kigumo in succession Cause No. E119 of 2024, has issued grant and confirmation letters to John Njoroge Muchiri (ID/2890558), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said John Njoroge Muchiri (ID/2890558), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Macharia Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
