THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyaga Njue alias Njoe Nyaga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.605 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, known as Ngandori/Ngovio/1666, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E75 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration to Edith Wambeti Njue, and whereas the said Edith Wambeti Njue has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Edith Wambeti Njue, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Nyaga Njue alias Njoe Nyaga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
