GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3552

WHEREAS John Lijodi Muhenyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, known as S/Maragoli/Lugovo/1597, situate in the Sub- county of Vihiga, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Vihiga in Succession Cause No. 83 of 2018, has issued letters of administration to Edward Ogada Johnston, and whereas the said Edward Ogada Johnston, has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said parcel of land, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Edward Ogada Johnston, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Lijodi Muhenyo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
