THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Darius Msaga Mbela (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, containing 0.20, 0.20 and 0.33 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Wundanyi, registered under title Nos. Werugha/Werugha/1751, 1771 and 1772, respectively, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 3309 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Beatrice Mgoi Mbela, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and surrender it to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters issued to Beatrice Mgoi Mbela, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Darius Msaga Mbela (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
