THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Aviana Mihir Patel, (2) Raveena Mihir Kumar Patel, (3) Aashin Mihir Patel and (4) Maadhav Mihir Patel, are registered as proprietors of all that property, known as Lari/Kirenga/575, situate in the Kiambu County, and whereas in Court Order, Thika Land and Environment Court Case No. 117 of 2020, sufficient evidence has been adduced to prove that the said original title deed was fraudently acquired and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the said land title deed for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert the piece of land to the previous owners being (1) Aviana Mihir Patel, (2) Raveena Mihir Kumar Patel, (3) Aashin Mihir Patel and (4) Maadhav Mihir Patel, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Firoz Yusuf Mohamed (ID/23989230) shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
