THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nicholas Kipkering Rono, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru/Municipality Block 21/174, and whereas the Environment and Land Court of Kenya at Nakuru in E.L.C. suit No. E44 of 2022 decreed that the land be registered in the name of the plaintiff Kennedy Bonzer Ondieki, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to register Kennedy Bonzer Ondieki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nicholas Kipkering Rono, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
