IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (b) of the Mombasa County Water and Sewerage Services Act, 2016, the Executive Committee Member for Environment and Water, County Government of Mombasa appoints the following— Matthew Oduor Okumu, Suleiman Hamisi Mpole, Albert Torori Keno (Eng.), Sinangoa Abdallah Mwasiri, Eng. Mwaka Mungatana, Abud Jamal Said, Swaleh Rashid Mwalizuma, Gideon Ondieki Obiria, to be Members of the Board of Mombasa Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited (MOWASCO), for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th February, 2026.
