NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Motor Vehicle KBJ 352V, Toyota Mark, which is lying at S.K. Dhahabu Motor Yard, along Northern bypass, adjacent to Catholic Church, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all outstanding storage charges together with any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicles are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof. Dated the 4th March, 2026.
