NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of the Motor Vehicle/salvage KAN 747C, Toyota, Chassis No. WAEUZZZ8D2YA114058, which is lying at the premises of Dahlback Motors, Industrial area, Nairobi City County, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all outstanding storage and repair charges and any other incidental cost uncured thereto at the date delivery is taken. If the aforesaid Motor Vehicle/salvages is not collected at the expiry of the notice mentioned above. The same shall be sold by auction or private treaty by Milestone Auctioneers, at Dahlback Motors, Industrial Area Nairobi, P.O. Box 4088–00506, Nairobi, without any further notice thereof.
