NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 19th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 793, in Volume D1, Folio 47/609, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Quincy Moses Njuguna Gitahi, formerly known as Moses Njuguna Gitahi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Moses Njuguna Gitahi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Quincy Moses Njuguna Gitahi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Quincy Moses Njuguna Gitahi only.
