NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 26th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1096, in Volume D1, Folio 65/782, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Leosin Damaris Mumbi, formerly known as Damaris Mumbi Sembe, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Damaris Mumbi Sembe, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Leosin Damaris Mumbi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Leosin Damaris Mumbi only.
