NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 439, in Volume D1, Folio 513/4804, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Kajuju Ruth, formerly known as Kajuju Ruth Ng’ang’a, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Kajuju Ruth Ng’ang’a and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kajuju Ruth, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kajuju Ruth only.
