NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 620, in Volume D1, Folio 98/820, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Farah Muse Abdi, C/O Chief, Madina Location, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Farah Abdullahi Takal, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Farah Abdullahi Takal and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Farah Muse Abdi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Farah Muse Abdi only.
