THE MINING (AWARD OF MINERAL RIGHTS BY TENDER) REGULATIONS
DESIGNATION
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 4(1) of the
Mining (Award of Mineral Rights by Tender) Regulations, the Cabinet
Secretary for Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs, on the advice of the Mining Rights Board, designates the area specified in the
