TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

Harriet Waithira Kuria and (4) James Nyutu Muiruri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njeri Muiruri, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2001.
