TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

Mbeneka Ndavi, both of P.O. Box 251–30200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen
Maingi Ndavi alias Stephen Ndavi, who died on 2nd October, 2025.

By (1) Peggy Crystal Achieng Otieno and (2) Elvis Okoth Otieno, both of P.O. Box 75898–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akinyi Peres Abeka alias
Perez Akinyi Abeka alias Akinyi Abeka alias Peres Akinyi Abeka alias P. Abeka, who died on 3rd July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
