TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2025
By Mark Kiplagat Ketter, of P.O. Box 182–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kipter Maiyo alias David Kipketer arap Maiyo, who died at Chomisia, on 25th February, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By (1) Daniel Kipkosgei Koech and (2) Amos Kipleting Koech, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliki Kipkoech Keter, who died at Baraton Jeremic, on 12th February, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
