E29 OF 2026 By (1) Eunice Adera Omuga and (2) Nancy Anyango Modi, the deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Omuga Owiti, who died on 3rd June, 2025. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026 By (1) Jacob Odhiambo Oswago and (2) John Odero Oswago, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloys Oswango Buriri alias Aloyce Oswago Buriri, who died on 20th February, 2024. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026 By Philip Otieno Miteshi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marcelus Miteshi, who died on 3rd September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2026 By (1) Jared Odero Azaria and (2) Jerim Odhiambo Asaria, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asaria Owuor John alias Askaria Owuor Kitenda, who died on 25th January, 2011. E42 OF 2026 By (1) Nancy Atieno Mbuya and (2) Maxwel Ochieng Mboya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joice Atieno Mitonyo alias Joyce Atieno w/o Mitongo, who died on 5th February, 2013.
