NOTICE is given to all members of the County Assembly of Bungoma that pursuant to Standing Order No. 26 (1) and (2) of the County Assembly of Bungoma Standing Orders, on the request by the Governor to make a state of the county address pursuant to section 30 (2) (k) of the County Governments Act, 2012 read together with sections 4 and 5 of the Bungoma County State of the County Address Act, 2023, Thursday, the 26th March, 2026, at 2.30 p.m. shall be a day for a special sitting of the County Assembly. The business to be transacted during the special sitting shall be the Address by the Governor, Hon. Kenneth Makelo Lusaka. The special sitting shall be held in the County Assembly Chambers, Bungoma. In accordance with Standing Order No. 26 of the County Assembly of Bungoma, the business specified in this notice shall be the only business before the County Assembly during the special sitting.
